Highly recommend staying away from here. The billing department has no clue what is going on. Have been double billed and no one will call you back to solve issue. I went to location where I was told I do not owe anything on two separate occasions. I get a collections bill in mail from them today from August of 2025.
Woman called my phone a couple days ago & when i called back after i seen it on my phones caller idshe tried to say i called a different clinic when i called back the number that showed up on my phones caller id & tried to say it was about refills when i was trying to file a complaint on a woman at the Martin location
Called 3 times on different days. Each time I was sent to voicemail and the mailbox was full. The most recent time I called, I sat and waited for an hour and still didn’t get ahold of anyone. My reason for calling was that I was sent to collections for an unpaid bill but I never got ANY type of notice of the unpaid bill. This isn’t my PCP and I’ve only been there once as a last resort and they pretty much told me that there was nothing they could do…
