The receptionist is very rude time for her to retire ! I'll never understand why people show up to work late and still have a job it's totally uncalled for ! The state that I come from you show up for work late you're fired ..
This office does not function properly, nor do they care. Down in Florida the prn ALWAYS had the doctor over him call in and authorize all my medications and it was easy with no issues. With this office the insurance company has tried to reach out to Lisa King multiple times and she has never responded and no one knows where the doctor is residing over her who should be the one authorizing with pre authorizations working with the insurance company to make sure I have all my meds. The doctor and staff were super friendly! Not from here from out of state so I researched where I could take my daughter and I’m glad I came here. I did not wait long in the waiting area and when I was called in I waited about 6-8 minutes before the doctor came in. She was super friendly and resourceful. Not sure if I’ll go back being that I live in Texas but if I’m ever back and need a doctor definitely will go back here. Definitely recommend!
