Came here for my required health screening for my health insurance. The doctors location info was not up to date in BCBS so I had to drive an extra fifteen minutes to get there. My phone had no reception for some reason and they have no guest wifi posted so I had to scramble provide my insurance info because I didn't have my card. Additionally, there voicemail is not set up and their "Contact Us" page did not work. They messed up my insurance claim and came after me for the amount due months later. This is the worse unprofessional company I have every went to. It is a very small business so there is no way you have to wait over an hour to be seen. They tell you they will call you when results come in they never call you. You call them and they keep telling you that results have not came in and they will contact you. It's been a entire week and no calls.
