My boys have been seeing Mr Williams for 3 years. I have 3 children. We have always showed up or called to cancel if needed. Never a no show. My 2 oldest have gotten to know Dr Williams in a personal level. Today, because my 5 year old was sick and I had to cancel his shots- they have told us we can not come there anymore. Apparently I canceled an appt 3 times for my baby. Shame on me. So now I will take our business elsewhere as Dr Williams obviously does not care about my kids. Dr. Williams a phenomenal pediatrician and I am grateful that my children were able to get on his caseload (yes, he's that sought after). He has an excellent demeanor/bedside manner, takes the time to listen and truly understand the concerns of his patients (and their parents) and really seeks to understand the root cause of his patient's illness so he can treat it effectively. Thank you Dr. Williams for all that you do!
