Called to ask for info about family counseling/explained our situation and said we were flexible and could pay however made sense; administrator seemed optimistic and said she'd get back to me. I was left a voicemail following day saying they couldn't help us because there were too many in our party (mother, two daughters, three granddaughters). Not very accommodating for a Christian counseling service that's supposed to be in the business of helping people. Voicemail even bordered on the line of rude. I don't recommend.

I don't recommend matching up with an intern or pre licensed therapist unless you just want a BFF to complain to. I tried two different ones because that's the only people I could afford to see, and neither had any insight, strategy, or way to cope with my concerns. I feel bad for anyone dealing with something more severe than some mild anxiety and stress considering they couldn't seem to handle my concerns. The location was quiet, comfortable atmosphere, daylight hours were available and convenient, and the counselor was understanding and knowledgeable and pleasant.
