I was in counseling for about 3 months after loosing 11 friends and family in about 2 years including my best friend since childhood and having some marital issues . My counselor at the time seemed great in spite of my difficulty being open to anyone then one day, I called to make my usual appointment and the person that answered said that my counselor had left the practice and did so without any notification what so ever. Clinical providers are caring and well trained experts
I am giving this place one star because giving it zero stars is not an option. I wasn’t going to post this review because I have loved my counselor at this practice - I found out today she is leaving so I am now ready to share my experience. The office manager at this practice (I do not remember her name but she’s the most unprofessional woman I have ever met so she will not be hard to miss) treated me with the most disrespect I have ever been treated with from anyone, at any place.
