We had severe storms in our area and had damage to our roof. The guys came out with a drone to survey the damage. They also had a representative on site the day the insurance adjuster came by.. Insurance company balked on some of the cost projections but eventually agreed to pay. Danny and Chris checked in with us frequently during the negotiations. Crew did a great job with installation and damage repair. Good communication - always professional.

2 years later and my roof is still leaking and was never repaired from the initial replacement. Lights in 2 of my rooms have burned out due to water damage and 1 room water is damage roof all over again. Have called the office multiple times since with no answer. Again. Owner needs to call or come to my home asap.

So far, I have only had the initial inspection, but I was very pleased with their professionalism and transparency when discussing my needed repairs.

They technically haven't finished yet (waiting on a gutter company to come replace some sections) but I had to leave a review. The crew that did the house was very quick and professional. They even put a ridge vent in and did away with broken attic fans. I don't know if that's normal, but I didn't know they were doing it and it was a huge bonus for me.
