Worst experience of my life was Jarvis Gardens in Chico. The place is so poorly run the manager keeps herself locked in the office. Ignores residents needs. Filthy unsanitary environment? Drug trafficking, prostitution, marijuana and cigarette smoke travel throughout each apartment due to poor construction. All apartments share the same air vents. I live in Christian Church Homes located in Napa California. This is a blessing to be here great management great care from corporate. They do their best to work with a bunch of elderly people. They give us an ear and they try to do the best they can to take care of our needs great place to live
My Name is Linda White moved in Sister Thea Bowen 7 weeks upstairs neighbor is up day and night stomping walking Ican't sleep (3) hours I have health issues myself managers claimed they spoke and nothing has changed ready to get outta here very disappointed on this place will have to make a police report
