See photos! My elderly mother senior apartment building has this main entrance door out of service for over 2 months. The opposite door is very heavy and has no automatic-assit for senior and disabled tenants to open the door. Given it received HUD assistance, that's not in compliance with ADA and California Title 24!! Seriously lack knowledge on facilities management from the corporate office!!

Worst experience of my life was Jarvis Gardens in Chico. The place is so poorly run the manager keeps herself locked in the office. Ignores residents needs. Filthy unsanitary environment? Drug trafficking, prostitution, marijuana and cigarette smoke travel throughout each apartment due to poor construction. All apartments share the same air vents.
