The lady at the front desk was very nice and took the time to explain what to do and what to expect. She was the only good part of this experience. The nurses and doctors ALL had the attitude that the patient is a problem and they're annoyed that they have to help you. Boldly rude, demeaning and have zero empathy or care for the patient. You're just a problem they have to deal with to get through their day and get paid. This is a cultural issue and management needs to be held accountable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my son to the ER for back pain after a football injury. They did a CT scan and missed his fracture and sent us on our way. After pain continued we went to TCO they looked at the original scan and found the fracture with no issue! His fracture got worse in the time between appts as well.

I want to let you know how pleased I was with my Mom's eye appointment today. She was treated with kindness, understanding and patience. At the age of 95 now, she is sometimes hesitant to keep appointments because of long wait times and not understanding all of the procedures. Special thanks to Jason who met with her before Dr. Cabrera came in. He was so caring, patient and thorough in his duties. My Mom said, "He was so kind and patient. His voice made it easy to understand." THANK YOU!

Dr. Florea is not current on women's healthcare research that would benefit health. The harmful effects of her insisting I stop a medication have still not been reversed. She refused to fill another medication on two separate occasions knowing I would run out over the weekend. This resulted in several trips to the ER where they prescribed it. Dr. Florea doesn't follow well-maintained healthcare other specialists have established. She has errors in my medical chart and the LPN Hailey missed crucial status change information a... read more
