After an in-office surgical procedure, I was experiencing a tremendous amount of pain. I called their office and explained my situation with the nurse. She assured me that she would speak with Dr Chambers and have a script sent to my pharmacy. She also assured me that she would call me back shortly. At 5:50pm, after their office had closed and after not receiving a return call, I paged Dr Chambers. Within minutes he called me back. Nurse failed to notify him. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I apologize for your inconvenience. We truly value our patients. We were extremely busy that day and a human error/miscommunication occurred. In the end I am glad you were taken care of as all my patients are. I feel like this overall rating is a little harsh.
