Was always threatened with law enforcement whenever Id try to sign out a family member, always threatened they'd send people to my house too for whatever reason, odd bunch of people! Absolutely disgusting, thank god I got him out of there and hes in the process of coming back home to us, He was there for physical therapy but was kept there for a year or so with NONE at all! Having trouble getting the care I need and I am a recent returning resident I am struggling to get the help I need as far as being changed I have been waiting to be cleaned up from an upset stomach for 3 hours now I understand that the CNAs are doing their best to provide care but I am literally handicapped and can't get out of bed to go to the restroom so I am currently sitting in diarrhea and can't rest. One of the best I had my mom there in 2016 and they took really good care of her and they made me and my brothers like we were family ❤️❤️
This place took care of my uncle with the upmost respect. Mrs.Cindy was his nurse, and you can tell her and the whole staff truly cared for my uncle and my family! They were respectful and really navigated what needed to be done! I recommend this facility because of the care and compassion they have for there patients!
