The Christian Brothers team did a great job in managing the process of rehabbing an apartment that had substantial fire damage. Micah, Jose, Harlee, Josalyn and Eric's team were easy to work with and handled the interaction with the insurance company, City, and utilities with a positive outcome.

I have to agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned subcontractor subpar work. While the entire remediation team (including the office and field staff) did an outstanding job, our disappointment lies with the restoration team of subcontractors. The tile work was poor, including sloppy grout work. They put back some of the backsplash on backwards and the rebuilt cabinet does not function as it once did.
