I would add, at the time of my house flood (which was quite a few years ago now), Chrisitan Brothers was the choice my insusrance provider recommended and I didn't know them or any other emergency services so I went in not knowing what to expect. They were friendly, efficient, did everything they said, and it was no extra stress in a very stressful situation.

Some people have the luxury of never experiencing a home reconstruction, and I envy them. I just finished my third reconstruction (condo living), and Christian Brothers handled this latest round on my kitchen. They far exceeded my expectations in terms of cost, staffing, and quality of work. Had a mold inspection issue and Ashley at Christian Brothers helped us address the issue promptly. The mold inspection appointment was scheduled and Roberto arrived punctually to survey the suspected damage. At one point we had to reschedule the appointment and called before work. I was prepared to leave a message when a human was on the other end. Ashley rescheduled us on the spot relieving me of any unnecessary stress. Thank you for the professional A+ customer service as it is deeply appreciated.

I had such wonderful experience with Christian Brothers and would not hesitate to call them again. Their team was extremely responsive and helpful. Ashley answered all my questions and helped with getting paperwork to the insurance company in a timely manner. Jose and his team were on time and exceptionally clean with the demo and repair work. We hardly even noticed them in the home. It felt so good to have everything taken care of after the disturbance of the unexpected water leak.
