I have to agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned subcontractor subpar work. While the entire remediation team (including the office and field staff) did an outstanding job, our disappointment lies with the restoration team of subcontractors. The tile work was poor, including sloppy grout work. They put back some of the backsplash on backwards and the rebuilt cabinet does not function as it once did. We were a bit lost after our water pipe broke and flooded our closet, bedroom and floors. Christian Brothers was the first company out to help. They got the fans and humidifier going right away. Edwin, Kellie and Alberto were very careful not to demo or remove anymore than necessary. Josalyn was terrific at continually notifying my insurance company to push them along. The entire process from beginning to finish was very professional! I received a personal call from the owner making sure everything was going well, which honestly I’ve never had a company do I was very surprised and impressed. We’re in a high-end condo and water leakage from 5 units above did a good amount of damage to some of the condo.
