I wouldn’t take another vehicle here if someone paid me. Put on bad parts more than once and now they want another $1500 to replace an AC compressor they just replaced 2 years ago.
This place is a joke. These guys put a bad part on my car and charged me $1500 for a $500 job. Then they tell me the warranty has expired even after the last supervisor got fired for bad customer service and possibly putting bad parts on vehicles. Granted my car is a 2001 and isn’t new and pretty like most are, and that’s just the way they treated myself and my family. On top of that Greg said he’d make it right and kept my car over the weekend. Then did not even call like he was supposed to or provide a receipt for the part... read more
