Amazing service, great people to speak with and will be bringing my service needs here from now on! I was blessed by them to receive a free oil change this morning. They work with different churches and ministries to give back. Everyone could use a little help and they partner up to go above the calling to help! I took my husband's car in to the Westheimer Galleria location today for a vehicle registration inspection. Since it was the end of the month, I was afraid that they would be busy and I'd have to wait a long time. The attendant took my information, offered me a bottle of cold water, and told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I sat down to ready a magazine while I waited. Profesional, courteous & honest--First-class service all the way! Needed the B5 service for a Mercedes-Benz, which was completed while I waited (under 3 hours). They did offer shuttle service, however, I found plenty things to do within walking distance. I will return here for any service my car will need.
I recently took my car to my local CBA for routine service and eval/tune up and some repairs. Everyone is nice and professional. BUT when they said I was ready to go, I had to ask repeatedly if certain things were done/evaluated, then I still had an uneasy feeling things were left undone. Sure enough, after I left, I realized the window washers still weren't working effectively. When I called Kim was very helpful, but I still had to return to get the window washers fixed.
