I am very disappointed with Christian brothers in Weatherford Texas. I had service done in Amarillo Tx . I was very satisfied with the service and with the employees . Add front and align in Weatherford Texas at Christian brothers auto. Call and told them. Took back in and was told nothing wrong I need to rotate my tires. Rotated the tires and still pulls The office customer service was very poor. Saying they did not want to talk or. Wait on you. Seem like I didn't know what was going on with my truck. I don't know much about the inner workings of a vehicle so I feel like I get taken advantage of alot of the time when I get our vehicles serviced BUT I have to say Christian Brothers Automotives DO NOT make me feel that way. Second time here and they are amazing in customer service and getting it done. They take the time to talk to you bout the issue, ask questions and tell ya step by step what needs to be done. I very much appreciate them but even better THEY APPRECIATE US!!! THANK YOU CBA for taking care of me.
