Her car broke down so I literally picked the first automotive shop I found and had the wrecker pick her up and take her and the car there. It was after hours so first thing this morning Ken calls and they had already done the full diagnostic work up, and he knew EXACTLY what had to be done! Giving a young woman, who has no idea about the price of parts, the price options on a part instead of only quoting the most expensive! Also not giving in the first estimate a 50% different rate for a part then when asked the 2nd time. And even with the most expensive part. we were quoted 150.00 more than the competition. Needless to say, we did not feel the name of Christ was used appropriately in our case.

We are sorry to read your comments. The price we provide is for an OEM replacement part and includes a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty, whichever benefits you best. You mentioned buying a part on-line which, while an option, is not always a guarantee the part is new or OEM equivalent. We stand behind our quote and our faith. Best of luck on your repair.

Christian brothers was awesome, especially Keith. He was able to work with us and fit us in when our van was overheating. He was even able to bring the van to us once it was finished, since trying to bring my five kids up there was going to be difficult to manage. Thank you for going above and beyond Christian brothers!
