Ginny, Scott and their staff are wonderful! I took my car for a routine oil change and they took excellent care of me. Not only were they timely with the oil change, they also provided me with a complimentary digital diagnostic! Typical car places make it feel urgent to take care of EVERYTHING on the report, but Carolyn helped me and explained to me when was urgent and what could wait! I had a lovely experience there. I was able to meet Ginny and she explained that they are Wake Forest locals and are involved in the community. Their services are top notch and I really appreciated how attentive the technicians were. 5 stars I will be back!

I’ve been going here a couple years now and I love that they don’t pressure you into getting a bunch of stuff fixed. They give you their suggestions and let you choose without pressure. Recently, there was a hiccup with my car’s repair. The owner, Scott, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and took care of the problem.
