I took my car into CBA last year for some work which turned out to be fairly expensive (for me). This past week, my car was making the exact same issues as last year. I took it back to CBA and thankfully, they honored their warranty and fixed the problem and it cost me nothing. I appreciate their service and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
I recently had to replace my battery. The old battery looked like it had leaked acid, and when I first looked at it, there was much of the acidic powder buildup on the postive terminal. After cleaning up the corrosion as best I could and installing the new battery, over the next few days I had three instances of the car not starting. The employees seemed friendly and helpful when they first opened. We took both our vehicles to them for basic services several times. When I took one vehicle to them for an oil change, the employee went over the final inspection report. I didn’t notice until later that day that there were no comments in the report about a brake inspection. I had to make another appointment for the brake inspection and another after that for the brake service.
