Manager Ryan at the Star location was awesome. Went in with A worrisome clattering and the crew had the problem diagnosed and remedied in less than a minute. They then took the Prius for a test drive to confirm all was well. Fantastic job and made no charge, even when I insisted on paying a service fee. We will use Christian Brothers again.
I was on a long trip to see my parents in Idaho. 250 miles out all my warning lights flashed and stayed on. I took my truck to the Star location and everything was very professional and honest. Brianna and your office team were very informative about everything. Brianna made sure my truck was ready on the day she promised so I could head back home. Your entire staff made my bad experience of automotive issues, not so bad. Thank you!
