I took my SUV in because I thought I needed brakes. To my surprise I didn't & the guys at Christian Brothers didn't try to fool me or sale me anything. They were kind & professional. I'm a forever customer.
Wasn't impressed at all. Their quote was double what another car shops quote was. Ended up having my car towed elsewhere for it to be worked on. I used to always use Christian Brothers (another location) but will not use again. The people working knew I had no way to get myself and chid (biracial) home and only offered to take us home after they over heard a woman who had her car serviced offer us a ride home. Did not get service done since they said I had over 50% life left on brakes. Dealer said they were almost out and wanted to change them. Thankfully had Christian Brothers check them out first. Also provided a ride home so I could drop off the car.
Honest, friendly and fair. Three words you don't hear often about a mechanics shop. They had the chance to get more money from me, and didn't take it, instead going above and beyond to ensure that I got my problem resolved under warranty. I will be back for ALL my automotive needs, and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!
Today was my first time coming in for an oil change, I did not make an appointment but was greeted promptly and helped as soon as I walked in from one of the service writers named Abraham I definitely will be coming back! Great service.
Got my oil changed at Christian Brothers today. I've never been to them before, because I knew they were Christian, which in my mind, usually means they're expensive. (Sad, but true.) But, I found online that they were close to work, let me make an appointment online, had the best reviews around, and had a coupon for an oil change for 28 bucks.
