I had an 8 am appointment to change the oil (Facebook promo) and they did not attend me because they were very busy. The appointment system they have is not working properly to confirm you before you arrive there.

I took my 2016 Ford Escape for an oil change because I had a half off coupon. First, they wanted to upset me oil that is not recommended by Ford. After a bit, they told me that I had a significant oil leak and they took me out to the shop to show me. I saw fresh oil on the bottom of my engine, which was weird because oil leaking out of an engine would be used oil, which is darker.
