They were very professional, courteous and thorough with their computer code and physical analysis of my vehicle's engine service light. I appreciated their pictures and explanation of the repair needs and estimated cost. I highly recommend them!
Did a job for me, 3 months later car is failing for same issue. Take it back to them, now they recommend a brand new engine.
My engine was knocking and I took in into their shop. I dropped off my car so they could diagnose my car to figure out what was wrong with it. I later go back and they told me they couldn’t help me. They refused to drive my car to determine what was wrong with it. They wouldn’t give me any reason as to why. After reading these reviews it sounds like they discriminate against certain customers. Would not recommend. Reply to Jeff: Of course I’m not in your customer database because you refused to help me
