Mark!!! This wonderful guy that works here saw me stranded and trying ( but failing ) to change my tire. He not only stopped to ask if I was OK and if I needed help. (After 3 hours of no one stopping) but he even went back to the shop and got the tools so he could change it for me! Sadly you don't come across genuine people very often. CBA exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. I walked in not expecting to feel at home in their beautiful decorated facility (not to mention the outstanding clean bathroom)! The buck didn't stop there...complementary beverage (I chose tea) in a coffee mug on a tray with a variety of coffee syrups and wait for it...fresh baked cookies! I missed the warning signs that my brakes needed to be replaced and by the time I got to CBA I had worn myself right through my pads and rotors- I was absolutely terrified to know what kind of damage I had caused myself but Russ and the CBA team were absolute champs at making me comfortable and getting me back in working order. Got my oil changed here and there is such a nice waiting area with great music playing and complimentary coffee(k cup).. The guys are very friendly and down to earth.. I will definitely recommend it to others!!! :)
Saul the service manager went above and beyond from complimentary detail to complimentary shuttle service. I'll definitely be returning as I think my car has found a service home.
