Oil change on my 2013 Honda Accord. They found a few things that needed completed and quoted prices for each one. Not cheap but not out of line. Dealt with Ernest and Jamie: once again, professional at the same time being personable-a difficult balancing act to pull off. Very pleased with this customer service! (and I don't say that often) My gut feeling about these folks is good. Time will tell. ha ha
