Had multiple work done. Paid for it. When I found out work was not completed. Went back to complain and the employee got hostile with me. I will not go back.
Professional is the only word that comes to mind. If you are looking to have your vehicle serviced by pro's, your search is over. Every step of the process was clearly spelled out for me. If you want to go to some who appreciates your business and has a fantastic Professional facility and a skilled staff, this is your place.
During my last oil and filter, they tightened the oil filter cover below the car so much that they damaged it and now is near impossible to remove it without damaging it. On previous occasions, they have left loose the plastic covers of the engine and other parts. And when I had a belt replaced, they didn't install it well and I had to bring my car back to have it done properly. Their customer service is nice and all but I can't same the same thing about their mechanics.
