I have a carmax extended warranty and was referred here by carmax bc they were booked out for 2 weeks. I dropped off my jeep july 16th. July 22nd they called asking to get approval for a breakdown of the engine so they can get send more info to the warranty company. After a couple of "nothing to update calls", i finally said, if they havent started, I will pick it up. They hadnt started. It was July 30th.
Customer first. Honesty. Integrity. Fair. In a world where you rarely get one of those Christian Brothers delivers all four. Definite recommend.
