RecommendedWent today with trouble with my vehicle. Josh was very helpful and professional and had my vehicle finished the same day. Had trouble with window on driver side and needed to replace rear shocks. Billy had all work done by early afternoon. Very friendly and professional

Always a wonderful experience. Should’ve started coming to them when I first moved to Katy! Now they service all 3 of my vehicles. I won’t be going anywhere else.
Had and appointment checked in staff so friendly and nice. Was offered beverages. Nice clean facility. Got a text message that my car was being started with the services. Such a nice atmosphere. They even have a charity they donate to each month. Will definitely go back. I used a mailer I received for new customers. Mailer work. Got me thru the door.
I brought my wife's truck here for service. I did not have a good experience at this location. I usually bring my vehicles to another Christian Brothers location. The service was good I can complain about that however the work was sub par. My wife’s suv is making an even louder engine noise. I brought the vehicle to my normal mechanic and he confirmed the parts we're not of the best quality.I would never bring my car back to this location for service. This is the correct location....thanks
