I wish I had the same service as the others. 2nd time around, shame on me. A few years ago, they did not put the engine cap back on after an oil change on my jeep, and I drove it for a few hundred miles before I decided to do a spot check and found it was missing. For the past 2 years since I got my Honda Odyssey Christian Bros. had been replacing my alternator and battery every 5 -6 Mos. Today I am told that since they are no longer under Car Max warranty they can't do the work without charging me an arm and a leg when the original issue obviously was never completely fixed in the first place because why did I have to come here 5 plus times for same exact concern and if it was something else why was it not diagnosed then so that the warranty company could fix it. Most dishonest shop we've ever dealt with. My wife is a travel nurse and os currently working in Little Rock. Her 2017 Kia wasn't starting and she was told by a tow truck driver she needed a new battery She bought one at Walmart and her car started. Next morning, it wouldn't start. She had it towed to CB and the first thing they did was to tell her it was the terminal. So they charged her $200 to in. Still wouldn't start. There are NO Christians at Christian Brothers Automotive. They allowed me to drive away in a vehicle that was not safe to drive. They failed to inform me after doing a diagnostic and test drive that my vehicle was not safe to drive. I went in for a clutch repair--they confirmed that I needed a clutch repair--but the issue was far more serious than that. My truck is not drive able. It stalled on me multiple times on the way home and began smoking. They are focused on sales--not fixing cars. The salesman Cody had little... read more

Took my son's car to them with check engine light issue. They replaced modules totaling $217. When we left parking lot, issue returned. Now, they said VVT's needed replaced. Replaced them for $1700, after I talked them down from $2400. When we left parking lot, issue returned. Now, they quote me $6500 for timing chain replacement. Contacted their corporate office. They said these are franchises, work it out with them. Are you kidding me! Be aware! These CBA franchises are money factories. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE>

BE AWARE OF 'CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVES'!!!! My husband and I took our car to "Christian Brothers Automotive" in the Woodlands, TX for the State Inspection. It passed inspection. We paid the inspection fees. When we inserted the car key into the Honda, it didn't start. We went back to the office and told Damian, Service Advisor, about it; so, he & another worker tried to start the car but had the same problem. The car wouldn't crank, even with a good battery. prior to heading to CBA I went to 2 places to get a vehicle examination both said exactly the same thing which is a basic coolant to radiator hose leaking, CBA need to determination and charge me $10 more. They didn't adhere to the cost when I went to hold for examination far. so they will assistant Friday to do analyze. went Friday and let me know numerous issues connected with my vehicle. was stunned. send me 5 pic of future fix and 3 quick. to get fix need to take my vehicle next Friday. got text pic and email get back to... read more
