Very disappointed with my experience
I went to Christian brothers for the first time about 2 years ago when I had a problem that stumped my regular mechanic . They diagnosed the problem, was electrical, they even sent me photos to show me the cause, frayed or chewed through wires. They also did a courtesy thorough diagnostic check and gave me recommendations in order of importance, so I could decide what to get done right away or what could wait. I waited only a short while . When I first called an appointment was made including an estimate of cost. Very friendly, professional facility.
My wife took her vehicle in for inspection and they scratched the window tint on her windshield. When she addressed it, they said it was her fault that they didn’t know there was tint and that it shouldn’t have passed inspection despite it not being pass/fail point of inspection in the state of PA. They refused to apologize until she decided to leave. The only remedy they offered was to cut out a square for the inspection sticker and nothing else.
