Being new to the area it was definitely difficult finding a trustworthy and good spot for car maintenance but I am so glad I found Christian Brothers! They were nothing short of helpful and really knew what they were doing!!! I would recommend this shop for anyone that is looking for GREAT customer service and evening better car service! Thank you Christian Brothers for being so welcoming and helping me out!!
Every single employee was helpful. From the lobby to the service floor, the vibe was positive and they listened to melt problems. I learned much about my vehicle and how to maintain if from Larry. That man is a saint!�
When I first started using Christian Brothers it was great. staff was friendly and work was done in a timely manner. Now not so much. I took my car in because I thought I had an oil light on. I found the female (Manager) who is now at the front desk to be abrasive and not at all helpful. I took my car in because I thought I had seen the oil light come on. I would like to say thank you to Christian Brothers Automotive on Chantilly Parkway for working me in this afternoon. They were very busy and yet went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired today. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they even have fresh baked cookies in the lobby. They have earned another loyal customer today and my highest recommendation!
