I have taken my cars to Christian Brothers since moving to Lake Olympia 10 years ago. They have always treated me fairly and have went out of their way to help keep the cost of repairs down. They always greet me and treat me like family when I come in. It is truly a pleasure dealing with them.I can't recommend them highly enough. A first class act.

No one wants to go to the repair shop so much that they know your name (and you know theirs), but at this place it's for the right reasons! Great customer service starts with understanding your customers and their needs. This shop does this the best!
Very friendly service every time I take my car in for oil changes. It’s simple and straight to the point. You don’t feel like there are any hidden charges. They always squeeze me in no matter how busy they are and always seem to have it done before the set pick up time!

Not only did they help me work necessary oil change and state inspection into the same appointment around my schedule, but they provided shuttle to my job and picked me up when I got off of work several hours later. No one attempted at any time to upsell me and there were no hidden fees or overcharges. Will most assuredly be using their services again!

Called and asked it they inspected RV's. Guy said "sure bring it in", not telling us that there was a 1.5-2 hour wait. Also, they should tell their customers ahead of time that they have a one way in entrance driveway and no way to turn a large rig around. Not much fun having to back the rig out the long driveway into the street.
