This was our first experience with Christian Brothers and they were absolutely phenomenal. They provided the best customer service, were super accommodating, very friendly, and were beyond helpful in our immediate situation. We will be making this our service and repair shop for our future vehicle needs.
My wife’s car had a pretty big issue right after I had surgery and she was eight months pregnant. Keaton got us in right away and had the entire repair done within 24 hours. The owner‘s wife drove my wife and daughter home because the shuttle was out making another drop off. These people genuinely care, the shop was clean, and the repair was top-notch. We are definitely new customers for life whenever our cars have issue.
Had some service discrepancies pop up, but the general manager really stepped up to take care of it. Thank you guys!
- Paid a total of $1500 to fix my vehicle. - Was charged an additional diagnostic fee of $176, to diagnose the problem that wasn't fixed with $1500, after returning the vehicle. Was incessantly reassured I'm financially responsible for secondary diagnostic. Again, $1500 didn't fix it the first time.
