I have to admit the guys at Christian Brothers Auto are going to be the nicest people you will ever work with. They are courteous and friendly and that's all of them. There is just not to many auto shops left today with people like this.
Very nice and inviting. Same day appointment and quick service. I felt zero pressure to add on suggested services and the pricing is just right!
I had such an amazing experience. I cannot imagine these guys being anything but respectful and transparent. I know my 2019 Tiguan had some issues. They did a full diagnostic review and provided a detailed email before they fixed one thing. Super happy with the service and work they completed.
I made an appointment for 10/13/23 at 7 a.m. ,dropped it off, they told me they'd give me a call and explain any repairs and the cost it might need. I thought it was the radiator ( so very worried for weeks) after they checked it out. They gave me a call and it turned out to be a loose hose. They tightened the hose and because I had a warranty from another repair I wasn't charged anything . I was so grateful for the service here.
