I took a car in for a thorough diagnostic inspection. The staff was great about getting the car looked over thoroughly in a timely manner, they had a comfortable waiting room for me and overall the staff was respectful and friendly.
Within just one week, Christian Brothers helped me with two different vehicles both of which had issues serious enough that they had to be towed in. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care was absolutely outstanding. I felt respected, informed, and in good hands the entire time. Christian name shady mechanic values My god where do i start! First they quoted me $36 a quart for an oil change. A QUART!!!! They told me i needed services I knew I didnt need and when i brought my concerns to the manager he got defensive claiming the “recommendations” were based on age and mileage. Bullshit! This place is predatory in how they operate. They bet on people trusting the christian name but its a total scam. They over charge for everything, and will tell you that you “need” services you dont. Buyer beware!!!
