Love this shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They are extremely honest about repairs needed and prices are very fair. I have used this shop twice now and have had a great experience both times!
Charged me $165 for a diagnosis which is usually fair but on the inspection report it says "customer noted they believe it's the shifter cable" it was the shifter cable; nothing else they had to diagnose and in the video they took nothing apart yet and it showed the cable popped right out. I would expect an honest place to remove the $165 charge when the diagnosis couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes and my initial assumption was correct. Very pleased with the service I received. Tom the manager was kind and very professional. What he told me in the beginning of my service was exactly the same at the end. Carol the driver that dropped me home could not have been nicer. Joe the driver that picked me up to go back same thing so very kind. I believe this establishment sets high standards and are completely honest. I have only had my vehicle back less than 12 hours.
