Professional and trustworthy experience
The front desk people were all nice. Everything went smoothly with just an oil change and checking the rear tire. However when the time came to pay my bill, I was extremely surprised to see it was close to 110 dollars. Other Christian Brothers charged me only 50-60. I understand Synthetic Oil is highly pricey. but the issue is they never told me what they were going to use it and also they never checked the rear tire (According to the receipt). This place had an acute decline after Bryan left. Management quotes a time, then only able to do an oil change after 4 hours! I was forced to come back after my shifts, yes 2 jobs and no sleep, so they can take double the time to do the job. I was told that they will call back, no call back, after 45 minutes I called needing my car so I can work. This shop is unreliable and does not diagnose cars properly. I added a review 3 weeks ago detailing how my car was not cleaned before nor after CB repaired my car for an oil leak part that had already been repaired by another company. After a second visit, I had an oil leak in the report again. ÇB stated it was an error improperly diagnosed by a new employee.
