I was given a labor estimate of 5 hours for the thermostat replacement. It only took 2 hours but there was no adjustment to the labor cost. I was told 2 technicians worked on the car.
All interactions with staff were pleasant and helpful. They worked with me on pricing and offered payment plans. The work was done quickly and all decisions were clearly discussed and even got some videos. Will definitely come back here.
I brought my truck in for some necessary repairs. Shawn was very friendly, communicative, and happy to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with the service I received here and would highly recommend to anyone!
Great customer service
Brought my car here yesterday to figure out why my AC wasn’t working and also to look at a coolant leak. After 5 hours I received a text saying my car was still in the process of being inspected. Not an issue for me since I didn’t urgently need my car as I had the day off. Another 2 hours went by without any updates. The shop was closing in less than an hour, so I decided to go back and finish waiting there.
