Good people and good service. They have always been there to help us with our vehicles.
I originally chose Christian Brothers on McQueen and Guadalupe because they appeared organized, detail-oriented, and professional. I purchased four tires for my Ford Transit work van and trusted their recommendation, assuming they were providing the correct tires for the vehicle. Erik helped me and my husband out with our vehicles alternator,he was very professional and really helped us out when it was a very stressful situation with the vehicle, he deserves a raise!!
Had an unexpected surprise leaving work, so I stopped by to see if they could advise me on the situation. They said let's take a look, tech helped me get written up for service. Then he put my vehicle on the lift and came back in and said they could repair it, and i didn't have to replace it. I was all set after a short wait. Everyone was very kind& helpful. The waiting area was clean and relaxing. I appreciate the level of care & support they provided! Keep you up the great job! Thank you!
