I contacted Christian Brothers to obtain quotes and was surprised to find that their prices were higher than those of the actual dealer. One item , $440 vs $385 at the Lexus dealer ,was more expensive than the actual dealer's price. I am struggling to understand why Christian Brothers is charging higher prices than a high-end Lexus dealer in Nky, except for one item of 4 quotes , an oil change that was $15 less. This is unreal. I called to get some quotes and everything came out higher than the actual dealer. One item came out $60 higher than the dealer. I don't understand why Christian brothers is charging higher prices than a high-end dealer all except on one item that was $15 less than the dealer. Unreal. I just would recommend that you check your prices ...don't think that just because they're Christian brothers they're inexpensive because they are more than the dealer in my case. I prefer my dealer work on my car and save several money .
Spent over 5k last year on my Silverado there and still never fixed my lights. I take it back in, 4hrs later oh yeah it's going to be another 1,200 bucks. Why didn't you catch it last year? I don't know. No offer of a discount, nothing. I'm done spending thousands and the manager doesn't give a rip. Put yourself in my shoes. There are MANY mechanic shops in town.
