I had a very disappointing experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. I brought my Ford F150 in and paid $1,400 based on their estimate for repairs. Unfortunately, they failed to do even the most basic checks. After their work, my truck actually had worse symptoms than before. I ended up taking it to another shop, where they quickly identified that my spark plugs were shot, which led to a coil failure. I just wanted to say thank you, not only for servicing my vehicle and giving me a ride to work, but also for being able to trust my daughters vehicle with yall as well. She came in because she thought she needed brakes serviced before she went to college and you actually told her that her brakes were fine. Thank you for not taking advantage of her. Keep up the great work and we will continue to come back.
The worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Beware that Christian Brothers is anything but Christian like. Paid over $2800.00 to have my AC repaired after they assured me the diagnostic they did found the problem. Had cool air for about 3 weeks. Took it back and they wanted to charge me another $3600.00 to guess at maybe what was still wrong. I didn't and would never do anymore business with this company.
