Friendly people, were not pushy, did not question me (female) why I wanted to replace my brake booster check valve or insult me by asking what was wrong that I wanted to replace it. These were all qualities that were important to me. They also gave a courtesy check, checking all my fluid levels, looking to see if I had any oil leaks anywhere, checked my tires, etc & gave recommendations on issues they found. Christian Brothers tried to scare me into replacing my entire engine, claiming my car “wouldn’t make it home.” They told me it was blowing white smoke, that combustion gases were leaking into the coolant system, and that I needed a full engine replacement.
