I initially called this shop overpriced, but I don’t know for sure since I have yet to receive the invoice they promised to email me. I always want to like this company. I’ve been to three different franchises. But it’s always the same, always very nice giving the pretense that they are sympathetic, but I always feel like I got overcharged. But I don’t know what they charged for parts, and I don’t know how much they are charging for labor. So you know….its just a gut feel. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me options. No pressure on fixing other minor problems.
Roscoe and the staff here are the VERY BEST! Had a brake replacement completed in a very timely and professional manner. We’ll definitely be back when warranted. EXCELLENT shop.
I cannot say enough nice things about thie Christian Brothers location. I got in a car accident and they immediately took my car in for service and helped me where they could to bring the price down. They work with integrity and truly respect their customers. I am grateful that they treated me like family in a very difficult situation. I cannot recommend their business enough!
