I’ve consistently liked Christian Bros at the Lockport Location but this last year I moved 2 towns away and had to choose other shops. To my surprise, the other shops near me are not truthful and overcharge for services needed or not. I will now continue to come to CB’s Lockport location for any services needed due to my continued appreciation of the customer service care and mechanical repairs completed aspects. Wonderful. Today I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Christian Brother's Automotive because I needed to find out if the Ford dealership in Orland was being truthful in regards to my needing new pads and rotors. I went to CB because I always drive by the shop and it looks so clean and professional I was curious. The Google reviews were outstanding also. Highly recommend Christian Brothers! They have excellent customer service. Their facility is state of the art and the work they performed on my vehicle was top notch. Andrew and the staff explained everything in detail. Communication was excellent. They answered all of my questions and provided great detail for any work recommended to be done.
