I've brought multiple vehicles here for service, not just mine but also family members. They're easy to work with and are honest. I don't feel they make-up things to say since they've said they don't know something but will look into it. They've been flexible and try to work in everyone.
By far the friendliest, fastest, trustworthy and most professional car shop you can find. The shuttle service is wonderful to avoid an unnecessary rideshare. The diagnostic page is well organized and easy to see. 6 stars out of 5
The gentleman at the front desk was very dashing and kind to me. Despite me not having an appointment, he got me in and out within ten minutes. God Bless him & the techs!
I am very disappointed with how I was treated by a representative at Christian Brothers Automotive. When I dropped off my car, I was told there would be a $50 discount. However, when I returned to pick it up, I was informed that the discount was actually up to 10% of labor, capped at $50.
