Really strange with calling them, whoever answered sounded like an automated message, the first thing they said was "who is this? Who's calling?" Like??? A customer?? I asked if it was some kind of automated message and she goes "no this is girdy, i cant really hear you can you speak up" Like in the most strange automated voice ever... I just hung up qnd tried to call back again and now its saying the call can't be completed as dialed??? Very weird and unnerving
Pleased that Christian Brothers was able to fix my 2002 Mercedes E320 and get me back on the road. Dylan and staff kept me well informed of the progress in evaluating and repairing my car, including the arrival of spare parts. Much appreciation for Chris the mechanic who restored my vehicle and tidied up a few loose ends and mistakes left by the repair shop that had my car previously. ****Edit 2/2/2026**** After a conversation with Chris Kendall, we returned the vehicle to CBA. I will absolutely give credit where credit is due by saying Chris offered to meet me at the shop and inspect the vehicle on a Saturday, his day off! I chose to honor his time off and instead dropped the vehicle off in early bird for Monday morning. Dropped off for a SCHEDULED appointment which was for 2:00pm (Oil change and tire rotation) 2 1/2 hours later, I got dropped off because I hadn’t yet gotten a call about my vehicle (long time for an oil change service). I was told they were flooded with walk-in customers so they were behind. Why is a walk-in taking precedence over an appointment??? I waited a little longer and paid when ready.
