I took my car in for just a basic oil change. It was the 2nd one I’ve had since buying it back in April. Up until recently, had 0 issues with the car whatsoever. I took my car in 9/20 for a basic oil change. It wasn’t leaking oil at all nor had any issues like I stated earlier. Took my truck in for an engine issue. It was fixed promptly and the staff were great. They always treat me good and are willing to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend them for all your mechanical work.
Charging me $1394 to fix a wheel barring . Went to another car shop and he said nothing is wrong with my vehicle and everything is tight and good to go ……
Disappointed and misled. My vehicle was held for several days with no clear resolution, and the detailed report I was promised never arrived. If a shop isn’t equipped to handle a repair, they should be honest from the start—not string customers along while adding unnecessary fees. Be aware of subtle gaslighting tactics: dodging accountability and downplaying valid concerns. I came expecting transparency and honesty, but received neither.
Christian Brothers thoroughly checked my Isuzu Trooper 2001 but found the parts in question did not have visible numbers which would have been necessary to order parts & repair my car. I found this business to be professional & fair.
