Buyer beware. Christian brothers is a total scam company. Their “nice difference” warranty is a sales pitch that they don’t stand behind when it’s time to do a warranty. They find a way to make money to cover their time instead of honoring their warranty. “You need this, this and this for us to honor our warranty” basically. Which totals up to more than the warrantied item at a different shop!! This was my first time using this franchise, let alone this shop. Everyone I interacted with was super polite and professional and although I was using an extended warranty to get the work completed, there was a failure related to my braking system and the warranty companies tend to not cover those parts. Dylan went to bat for me and got the warranty company to agree to replace the components for the side that was failing, allowing me to properly repair the truck for less than half the cost!
