Went in for no brake lights. Had a 9am appointment. No communication, I called at 3:30 was told they couldn’t find the problem. I received a text a 5:05 they were working on my car! What??? Car kept over night. Was called the next day at 11:30, car fixed. I asked for a transmission fluid change & install a license plate bracket. No communication again. I call at 4:30, had not even started on the fluid exchange & no information on the license plate bracket, than can be obtained at any parts store. I told them to come get me, ... read more
Have used before for various services since Nov 2021. 2004 Ford Explorer Service engine soon light came on so needed diagnostic check. Liked courtesy check and that they show pic and detail of area looked at and of concern. Brenden and other at service desk very helpful in getting vehicle service I chose to be done at the time and out the door in a timely manner.Highly recomend to others!
