Excellent customer service. My older vehicle required extensive work to replace the rack and pinion - including rusty bolts and having to cut the rack out. They encountered multiple challenges, broke a part and all was repaired to an excellent standard with no addition cost to me. I was also kept very well updated and received a first responder discount which I greatly appreciate. Quality of work as good as a dealer without the price tag - not inexpensive, but a reasonable cost for the work done.
