Excellent service! Very attentive and considerate to the customer. This shop was a vessel from which God blessed my daughter and I through with our car. We went in for a much needed oil change and they noticed my car needed a brake change and roters and took care of it! Clean shop and deligent and professional work. Thank you Christian Brothers for being the hands and feet of Jesus! They get a 5 star from me, just not sure where to click for it, lol. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
BIG thank you for the free oil change (and donuts/coffee) on Saturday! What a blessing that you offered this to our widows and single moms. Very quick and friendly service!!
They quoted one price and then "conveniently" find something else wrong for another 200+ $$. Can't get out of there without spending less than 1000.00. They have done it twice now (unfortunately we had to go back and got screwed again). Plus very little respect for women and our knowledge of the system. They won't get us a third time.
Worst experience ever! Crooks who don't stand by their warranty! Paid twice for repairs, about $600 that still wasn't correctly fixed. Another shop fixed it right for only a $100 ... $700 nightmare!!
Outstanding customer service! ! All repairs completed as promised and at the time promised! They definitely have a new customer! !
This is the best on auto shop. I had a water leak in my car coming from the sun roof drain and they went above and beyond to help me find and fix the leak. They gave me great great great service. I was so pleased at how helpful they were and how much time they took with my car that I went back and had my McPherson struts shock absorbers replaced. This is my new auto repair shop because they're fair, they care and they treat you like family.
Whether you are going there for a routine oil change or an unexpected problem, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The level of customer service is outstanding.
