Heading back to Georgetown from League City at 5 am, after a 4 day visit with my grand baby. At about 6:15, my car started swaying on the highway and making an aweful noise. I pulled into Christian Brothers outside of katy, texas. Seeing how i was out of town and it was two days before christmas, the gentleman there got right to business locating my parts and placing the missing bolts. They were curtious, helpful and quick to get the work done. Thank for the excellant work.
This was a great experience. The location is wonderful, the store is spotless, the service is unmatched, the staff is superior. The staff went above and beyond to make me and our four children comfortable and relaxed while waiting. It is so refreshing to find people who enjoy their job and working with customers. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this Christian Brothers on FM 1463 in Katy to friends and family and we will use for all our vehicles. The best customer service I have ever received from a vehicle repair shop. So nice and polite. They drove me home so I could wait in the comfort of my own home while they fixed my car, and then came back to get me when it was done. Excellent service on my car as well.
