Christian Brothers are now my #1 spot to go to for car repair! My car sat at Precision Auto in Cayce for more than a month & instead of them helping me & figuring out the problem, they went back & forth with me & the warranty company about how they "wanted to" put a whole new engine in when there was nothing even wrong with the whole engine. Sadly these people have an ego and think they know more than you. The service manager likes to talk down on you like you don't know it what you're talking about. They couldn't get simple facts straight on the complaint of the vehicle which of course leads to the wrong conclusions. Basically telling me I need to do another Band-Aid repair instead of finding out the underlying issue. Definitely won't be back again and won't ever send nobody there. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles in for maintenance for about 6 months now as we were looking to find a company that was service oriented to work on our vehicles. I brought my truck in for a service and was told by Garett shortly after getting started that they needed to order an oil filter. He apologized and notified me that this would increase the time estimated and offered to reschedule the appointment if needed.
