I am Grateful for CBA they took great care of my wife’s car, took it in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon, they also helped me with picking her up from work with the shuttle and made my life easy for the report and the payment. Few shop really show you what is wrong and the way the document it is easy to read and understand. Feeling Blessed
Appreciated the time that the Irmo team took to help me get a new battery on short notice. In addition, they helped bring my car back in to offset some corrosion around the connection that impeded the new battery from working properly. Owner, Jim Smith, personally came to jump my car off out of a neighboring parking lot. I feel confident every-time Christian Brother’s does work on my car. Quality people, quality care! Thank you!!
Everyone was very friendly and they got me in quickly and communicated well at first. Then it took them 5 days beyond what they promised it would take to fix my car with no communication letting me know of the delay. I had to keep calling to keep getting pushed back further. Then I was charged an extra $120 at the end because they realized they didn’t have the correct fluid I needed. Which they could’ve ordered any time during the 10 days my car sat in their shop. Over 3k+ later for a new AC compressor and new condenser and it turns out my orifice tube was completely clogged making me wonder if I really needed a condenser now. I told them when initially replacing the compressor it needed done with the drier but was assured both were ok. I was also quoted a price by one shop tech for the drier and orifice tube to be replaced and then get another call telling me it’ll be even more money now to do a part I was quoted on.
