My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles in for maintenance for about 6 months now as we were looking to find a company that was service oriented to work on our vehicles. I brought my truck in for a service and was told by Garett shortly after getting started that they needed to order an oil filter. Sadly these people have an ego and think they know more than you. The service manager likes to talk down on you like you don't know it what you're talking about. They couldn't get simple facts straight on the complaint of the vehicle which of course leads to the wrong conclusions. Basically telling me I need to do another Band-Aid repair instead of finding out the underlying issue. Definitely won't be back again and won't ever send nobody there. Will make sure to send everyone to a more qualified shop for automotive repair
They show so much genuine care and kindness and also they are incredibly thorough with their work! They will not take advantage of you. Wonderful experience!
Had a billing question, and the manager was very prompt to get involved and handle the discrepancy. I’ve been coming here since they opened, and have been nothing but please. I don’t expect everyone to be perfect all the time. I just ask that if an issue arises, it’s addressed appropriately. These guys went above and beyond! For that, they earned 5-stars today. I will be back!
