I have been coming here for 1.5 years, and even after moving further away I still make the 30 min drive. They are ALWAYS kind and understanding, even on busy stressful days. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to make sure I understand issues with my car, using lay terms and images to illustrate what they're talking about. My husband started taking his SUV there last year when he had a leak and no one could find the cause. Christian Brothers found it and fixed it and we've both been customers every since. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The ride service back home is very convenient and nearly impossible to get anywhere else and the business is very clean with a comfortable atmosphere. A+
I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're honest, respectful, and do excellent work. It's very clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I come here for all my automotive needs. I have taken my car here twice after getting quick oil changes/suggestions at other shops, and they've told me the truth as to what's really going on with my car and what work, if any, needs done. I highly, highly recommend Christian Brothers Independence.
I can't speak to the quality of work, labor rates were fair, but they price parts at 300% above cost to pay for the fancy overpriced building they are in. Even the local Chevy dealer was much cheaper (over $600) on repair costs. I would avoid this business. Many of the 5 star reviews are from fake users. They also claim to give a military discount, but I didn't see that either.....
