These fine gentlemen were my heroes today. My poor car limped in with a fast leaking tire and they immediately took care of me and my vehicle. I enjoyed my time in their lovely waiting room and was delightfully surprised by their gift of Mentos when I got back into my car. Guys, you were the perfect example of what a delightful customer experience should be and I so enjoyed discovering all the little things you do to enhance that experience!
