I like the fact that they emailed me as well as sent a text on what was going on with my car. That way we could discuss how to move forward with the repairs it needed. The front office guys as well as the tech that repaired are car were awesome.We really appreciated the time that Seth took to explain things to us. He also kept us updated on how things were going.

Total scam. Lost $3k and still have the same issues I walked in for. Brought in my '99 camry for sputtering engine and strange noise. They said it was the timing belt and alternator (both were replaced recently and cost me $2k to get redone) and I still had the sputtering and strange noise. They then replaced the fuel pump assembly for another $1000 and I still have the noise and sputtering.

These guys are awesome, my wife and I will not take our cars anywhere else. They are very trustworthy and great with transparency and accuracy when it comes to repairs and service. They never pressure or try to upsell, they just inform and make us aware. Finding a good shop that you trust is hard and knowing that we can trust them relieves a lot of stress for us.
