I recently taken my vehicle in and told them it was the thermostat, and I knew that because I had already replaced my temperature sensor. I was told it would cost me $850 to replace thermostat. I told them that was very expensive and couldn't afford. They sent the breakdown, and it was less then $400 dollars for part and labor, $150 for diagnostic and rest was for radiator flush. I had such a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! From the moment I pulled in, everyone was friendly, professional, and super easy to talk to. They really take customer service to another level. One thing I really appreciated was how communicative they were. They sent me videos of the inspection so I could actually see what they were talking about — no guessing or wondering what’s really going on with my car. I don’t believe this place even deserves a one-star rating. At first, everything seemed fine. They completed their diagnostics and identified the “problems.” According to them, there was a laundry list of issues with my truck—the worst being that I supposedly needed a new engine. The service manager and I came up with a plan on how to proceed so we could eventually part ways. I took my truck in for a diagnostic for my ac system ($169) and they told me they could fix it for $1300+ , so I let them fix it. I took it home AC worked fine for about a week by week two it started going hot when I stopped and only blew cold when the truck was moving. At this point I’m convinced they rig it because that is unheard of. I took it back and was told now it’s something else that needs to be replaced and it will cost another $1700! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICE AT THIS PLACE GO ELSEWHERE‼️
